Looks delicious! You should also post some of your recipe's on here and how you grill them sometime.

My grill just died not too long ago and I need to replace it with another one soon. Gotta go the cheap route this time but eventually I want to get a Big Poppa smoker!

I have BPS envy. What are the size of those beasts? 40 lbs?? My little smoker might hold one.

Those look tasty! We are going to have Prime Rib for XMAS this year as well. Only ours will probably only have 4 or 6 ribs. :) Would love to cook one of those monster slabs though.
