Hey Banjo I read the Blackmore book and enjoyed it but I'm a huge fan so prob biased
I´m a great fan too - if you don´t coun´t the Blackmore´s Night Era. That´s not my cup of tea

hey banjo, welcome!
i guess you read something wrong...it´s and EVH not an Axis model - big difference ;)

i´m not the 1st owner, i´m the 2nd one - but i own it since around 1995/1996 - so it´s still a long time. :)
sorry my mistake, EVH of course. 16/17 years of playing EBMM isn´t bad either.

Good to see that you still got ol' pinky!!
I´m so happy with my two EBMMs that I don´t had GAS for about 3 years. I´m wondering if anything is wrong with me  No plans of giving away the pinky as I for sure know what rarity it is!

I think it's time to fire up the amp and jam a little. I'll have to run the POD through the effects loop on the Egnater to keep it quiet though, my wife's catching a few z's before midnight mass.

Doing well thanks, moved back to NY and re-ignited the fire with my old band mates. How's everything by you?

Merry Christmas and my best greetings of the season to all you wonderful knuckleheads and your loved ones!

I'd like to thank you all for being such a great bunch to hang with this year. Special mentions to Slav, Jeff, Jason and an extra special thanks to Spud for hosting the forum Christmas bash. I've gotten a lot out of the forum over the years and it's nice to able to give a little back as a recently ordained mod. Sorry I can't spend much time with you all this evening but I don't get home to family often and it sometimes gets busy around here!

Best,

Kev.

anyone for a good ol fashion Christmas Carol sing along?

Dashing through the vault
In an axis kind of way
O'er the amps we go
With Jp's all the way
Balls and biffs tails ring
Making spirits bright
What fun it is to play and sing
A shredding song tonight

Oh, jingle balls, jingle balls
JP's all the way
Oh, what fun it is to play
In an axis kind of way
Jingle balls, jingle balls
JP's all the way
Oh, what fun it is to ride
In an axis kind of way

EVERYONE NOW....

Jingle Balls.... Jingle Balls...

Sounds like a very smart plan...I "lended" mine to my cousin last Christmas when he just started to play...haven't got it back yet. Seems like I'll have to wait for him to discover it won't handle metal and hardcore that well.

Doing great, thanks... Sounds like you're happy and that's always a good thing.

Without a doubt, We are back home where we belong. My wife and two boys love it, plenty of friends and family close by!! My little guy will be starting drum lessons in Jan, we bought him a Junior Ludwig set last year and he plays them every day.

I actually wanted to sell it and had it on eBay at one time...didn't gain much attraction and the sale fell through which is kinda funny because everytime I see one it's selling quite fast. Now there's a slim chance I might get it back one of these days.
