Jimmy Cox, who has played on every record every recorded and even some that weren't. You may recognize him as the keyboard maniac with Lyle Lovett. Or you may not, in which case we can't see each other anymore.

Oh BP, just wanted to say, besides having an incredible time at the bash, you really are a bad as$ bass player. I know you play it down but you seriously have some killer technique. Your fingers were blurry fast. :)

He and BP have known each other since they were little shavers. And he is a GROOVE monster. One of the highlights of my musical life was getting to play with John Ferraro. And he's an extremely nice person, too.

God bless John Ferraro!

Jackie I use a pick a lot with bass you beotch....you never noticed....especially around minute 5 of a albert lee nascar paced set.

It's hard to watch bassists when Albert is playing. I think I saw you play with him once but was on pins and needles waiting for Luke's solo in "Country Boy". And I'm not giving you a hard time - if I had to play 16ths behind Big Al, you can bet your @ss I'd be using a pick!

A pick is cool! I started on a pick, and I think being able to do both is always a bonus. I still think my pick playing is MUCH stronger/faster, but im working on that.
