One of the many perks of working for the company is that after 30 years you get a custom guitar... whatever you want. This is the latest, built for a gentleman who works in our wood mill.

With the BFR inlay! ;)

Very nice and unique guitar, great 30th anniversary gift! Makes me think I should have learned a real profession (that gets me a custom guitar)..

Whoa, that neck, is it a finished roasted one?

First I gasped. Then I laughed out loud. Then I swore, some first class swearing, words that I'd never repeat in front of my mother. Then, finally, I said WOW!!!

So, let's sum this one up - that's an LIII body and pups, finished roasted maple neck, dargie II-style inlays, I think that's an ebony board, Koa top, gold hardware?

It's the nicest Floyd-equipped guitar ever made, ever!!

The world would be a much better place if all Luke models had a floyd as an option!

Floyds are what all the cool kids are playing.

Beautiful guitar.

Thank you.

Cheers,

Tom

Love his taste! One of my favorite woods for a bass or guitar is koa wood. I love the looks and tone. The perk also makes me want to move back to Cali and work for Music Man. Actually, regardless of the perk, I think it would be cool to work for Music Man.
