Anyone else itching for the new PDN Sparkle color? A substantial paycheck is coming at the end of the month, and I know exactly what I want to spend it on... :) Or if EBMM would make me a standard JP6 in cherry sugar, hehehe.

What are your speculations for the new color? I'm hoping for a red, orange or a blue. Either way, I'm excited.

Honestly I'd like to see them do a gold color, similar to the Luke true gold (although more glittery) and not as orange as the JP6 desert gold. Kind of like these:

Something tells me another sparkle finish isn't in the cards for the next PDN, although that'd be great. Personally just about any sparkle finish would fit the bill for me as I really love the finish.

I am very curious as to the next PDN series though. Perhaps a nice Koa or even spalted would be sweet. A satin finish on these would look great too.

If a new Sparkle is coming in the near future, I am going to guess that it won't come until after all the Emerald Green Sparkles make it out of the factory. So that will probably be through August. I going to speculate that in September we may see the Sapphire Blue Sparkle. We need at least two to make a series!

mmmmm...spalted tops are so interesting to look at.

Some spalted Axii went to Japan a couple of years ago on digimart dot net

I'm definitely looking forward to the next sparkle series.

I'm hoping for a blue sparkle or that seriously awesome silverburst sparkle the guy in Periphery just got.

She really is unique. In a way, spalted maple is defective... normally, on a regular quilt top, any of these marks would be called 'blems' but on this one, it just makes the top!

I have never seen that guitar before. Wow, what a rarity, and a great spalted top. They do Koa, somehow I'm thinking spalted maple wouldn't be too far fetched.

Wait a second, this thread is supposed to be about sparkle PDN series!

Let's just all be thankful Bryan (Tollie) didn't post a pic of his dog or cat and try to tie it in with the thread in some distant manner, lol.

Sorry for the derail on my behalf.
Ok, back to sparkle lust.
