I don't mind the snare... It's not portnoy that's for sure but it sounds very chunky. I like it

the snare sound is not my prefered snare sound as well.

Knuckleheads and friends, please wait until the production release is in your hands before slamming on the quality of the mix and for example, the 'snare' drum sound being not up to par. I think it was extremely generous for the guys of DT to exclusivity release the entire LP. My view on the band, their line-up, and each member, is starting to take shape and mold into the what direction they are going. As a long founding fan since their Majesty days, I'm enjoying who they are becoming and I am along for the ride...
