I'm the proud(second) owner of a Bongo 4 string HH stealth black Pearloid pick guard. The serial number is F13675, im looking for the born on date and some general info about the bass such as the type of pickups it came with and other original factory specs. The first owner had no idea what he had, just more money than sense or skill. He banged it up and mistreated it in just about everyway possible. Its a miracle it survived BUT..... it did and I have to say what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger. and after some tweeking and de grimeing its back to fighting weight. Pics to follow after new paint.

August 26th, 2003. The pickup is ceramic but aside from that the specs are pretty much the same as what appear on our instruments page.

Your Bongo was completed on 9/29/2005. It originally had a matte black pickguard. The pickups were stock Bongo Neodymium pickups. The specs should be identical to what you see on our instruments page.
