Newbie here and figured I would post some pics. Just got this and I have never really played any EBMM's prior to this Luke III. I think I'm spoiled now for sure and totally impressed with the quality and she plays like a dream, just love the roasted maple neck, totally inspiring. The pickups are sweet and love all the tone options, as well as the boost!

Now I have my eye on a Albert Lee HH and an Axis!

I've always heard great things about EBMM's, now I know why, wow! I had been on the hunt for a smaller, thinner style neck since I let my EVH Peavey go last year. Have gone thru a few guitars a long the way but this one's a keeper for sure. Hope you enjoy!

Hey man come on across the pond anytime to visit for sure! I'm down for some chilly England weather myself, I love it there and it's always a nice change from the heat! :)

Welcome to the forum, Buddy.

Congrats on the Luke III. Red on roasted maple is a beautiful combination. Luke's are my favorite these days. What are your thoughts on the ebmm vintage trem vs the Floyd Rose? After playing the ebmm vintage tremolo, the Floyd feels disappointing and clunky.

If you liked the P.Wolf neck, you'll also love the Albert Lee's neck.

Have a nice day!

Thanks Tollie! You're right about the clunkyness compared to this ebmm, this tremolo is soo nice and trimmed down..I love that it floats and it stays in tune great. Thank you also for the info on the AL neck, that's good to know for sure! :)

Buddy broke the forum.

New users with low post counts are automatically queued for moderation if posts contain links. Anti-spam measure. Buddy's first post was passed by one of the mods (obviously, or nobody would have seen it) but somehow it was re-queued, resulting in a thread with responses but a first post not viewable. We-eird.

Did you edit it to add an image link?

I actually still get on great with my Luke I with the Floyd. It stays in tune great once its set up, but changing strings is a nightmare. A string change on the vintage trem is a breeze in comparison.

Seeing your picture here makes me wonder why anyone lives in the Northern States, there's still snow up in MI! Lovely looking guitar too, does is sparkle much inside?
