I'd love to know who, if any, is getting a BFR Albert Lee. That'd be a sight to behold! If I didn't already have a few others on order that'd be my next logical choice.

Ohhhh the humanity.

That may or may not be my order and it may or may not be flamed

Thanks for the information Benji. Another query if you don't mind. I've looked at numerous images of roasted maple necks and boards (trying to imagine how my guitar may look). Is it still an oil finish as they all look very glossy.

They're darker in color than the standard fare but have the same wax/oil blend finish. Early runs with the roasted necks were glossed like with the Black Sugar run but now they're smooth as silk like their regular necks. The headstocks will have a satin finish to them.

Thanks, I've only a week left to decide between a Luke II or an Axis MM90. My Photoshop skills are practically none existent, I'm surprised no other forum member has posted a mock-up of their order.

Reflex, hardtail, maple board. The color along with the roasted maple neck and stainless frets made this run too much to pass on.

I can't wait to see what this looks like! I will have to live vicariously through you as I can't afford one :).

I'm kind of relieved that I didn't hear back from the 3 inquiries I sent to Canadian dealers because it would've been some serious sweating to scratch the money together. Some tasty orders here dudes!

But not right as a customer...and certainly not something a manufacturer is happy to hear

Can you order a Luke III in HSS with DiMarzio, not EMG? With a maple board, that would be tempting....
Luke 3s feature Luke's new signature dimarzio transition pickups. They're passive and exclusive (the single coils) to the Luke 3. The 3 also features a tap/tap boost switch in the volume position. Very swanky! And yes, you can order an all-roasted maple neck/board!

Want to pm me with a quote on that? .... Or I can call you?
Thanks for fast response to my question.
