So, I bought a MM Majesty (7 string)(used) from a local shop.
The guitar is basically Mint, except for one thing that is the High E string.
As i already said it's too close to the edge and when playing, maybe doin slides or fast runs it becomes really hard because i have to keep an eye on not "falling",and plus i can't basically do a vibrato.

Here are some photos

Hello

The neck is definitely shifted : the D string should pass exactly on the centre of the shield inlays.
With the neck through construction, there is no way to shift the neck 😬
The best you can do is ask to the Music Man customer support ...

Absolutely call the shop right away. In many countries (example: most of Europe) it is the store's responsibility to make sure warranty repairs are done at no cost to the customer (provided you are still reside in their warranty coverage area, otherwise it's your cost to send it back) so the shop should be your first call. In other countries it may not work that way but your store will tell you. You can also call or email Music Man customer service directly and they can advise.

If it was purchased used, then I’m not sure there is still a valid manufacturer’s warranty.
Depends. In some countries if you buy from a real retail store you still have a warranty on used goods.

As an example, in the EU it's a *minimum* of 2 years for new goods and a minimum of 1 year for used goods, unless any defects are clearly noted by the seller at the time of sale. And note the concept of manufacturer's warranty isn't even a thing. The store has the contract of sale with the buyer, not the distributor or manufacturer so it's up to the store to make it right. In turn the store will have their own agreement with the distributor or manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement but the customer has no need to deal with that at all.

Just like @DrKev said we in Italy have warranty with the seller not with the manufacturer (as far as I know) I read in the site and there is a paragraph telling that for used products there is 1 year and I remember the page of the Guitar and there wasn’t written anything other than “Music man perfect guitar, mint condition used and the specifics)
So yeah now I just gotta wait, they don’t have any other Majesty 7 string so they probably have to order one brand new I think,do you know how long does it usually takes to get the guitar?

I kind of suspected that. One year manufacturer warranty but it it doesn’t transfer to another owner if purchased used within that year. I would doubt the retailer is going to replace with a new one straight up, and it wouldn’t be with a Monarchy as they have been discontinued for a few years at least. They would be more likely to refund you I would think. New orders vary and depend on the factory schedule. I’ve waited anywhere from 6 to 12 months for a new purchase.

I had a similar issue with another USA brand's guitar thay I purchased new on a local shop. That guitar has set-in neck, fixed bridge and stoptail and they absolutely failed strings centering along fretboard, since most probably the bridge and the stoptail have been not correctly installed.
I had the guitar repaired under warranty by replacing the saddles with new ones where string housings have been done uncentered and a new nut with the same treatment, to pull strings up and recover centering.
I still have the guitar...but I've many questions about quality checks at factories.

Yeah but that is not a Monarchy, and I really don’t mind the color I basically like every model,it just has to be a Majesty 7 string.

Yeah but this is basically unfixable(if that’s a term) cuz of the way the guitar is built,so they (I hope) won’t try to fix it since there is nothing to do.
And there was written mint condition and this guitar surely is not in Mint condition so I think they have to refound/order a new one.(hope so)
I know many people who have A Music man guitar and they’re basically perfect so (at least for this brand) the quality checks are usually really good.
Obviously i’m the unluckiest person on earth so it had to happen.

Sorry for my bad English but it’s not my first language

Shit happens.
But you deserve a full refund, no doubt.
Of course, on such guitar that kind of issue cannot be fixed.

Guys they said it’s normal
I’m at the shop and after checking it they said it’s normal that the String is close to the edge and it’s not alined with the shields.
They said they will send it to Music man for a check.

If EBMM suggested to the store for them to ship it to them to have a look at it, I would consider that a positive. Without physically examining it and playing it, no one here knows the actual issue, if there is one and what the remedy may be if there is. Hopefully, it will all work out for you.

Have you checked the saddle alignment? Seems off to me, but may be the picture angle. My majesty is ok, still the D IS NOT PERFECTLY ON THE CENTER OF The inlays. However from your picture the E is definitely closer to the edge than mine, but can be the picture angle. Added some picture of mine for your reference. Hope it helps.
