Hi. Bass has a bow up past the 12th and the truss rod doesn’t appear to correct it resulting in excessively high action (Drive a bus under the strings) in order to have no fret buzz. Is this a luthier job ?

Depending on how severe it may not be fully repairable and new neck may be needed $$$

You hafta include the faulty part with payment.
They will not simlly outright sell parts like retail.
