Question Can I replace the tuners on a 2009 Bongo 5 with the EBMM lightweight CLOVER tuners without modification?

I just picked up a 2009 Bongo 5, and I would like to change out the original traditional tuners for lightweight tuners. I know that the new bongo Y shape tuners are not compatible. I also am not concerned with the exposure of the original screw holes. Thanks for any suggestions!

Yes, in most cases the EBMM lightweight clover tuners will fit a 2009 Bongo 5 without modifying the headstock holes, but the mounting screw holes usually won’t line up, so you’ll likely need to drill new pilot holes.
