hello i have 1 create cabinet at 4 ohms and my behringer cabinet is at 16 ohms mono now should i have both at same ohms for beter sound?
My create is mono cabinet and behringer can be mono or stero if im running 2 cabinets that will act as stero so i dont need to use the stero on behringer right?
also if they do need to be the same ohms were can i get info on wiring?
my power amp says 4 ohms min its a mos valve mv962 what is the best ohms for heavy metal?

It's a very bad thing to not have balanced load on the out put of your amp. Check out a book called, How To Service Your Own Tube Amp by Tom Mitchell. Even though it's for tube amp maintenance it has a lot of info on cabinets/speakers, electronic fundamentals troubleshooting, and all kinds of cool stuff in it.
