I have a spare 2-band EQ that I acquired on eBay some time ago. It's fully functional although it's missing the original volume pot. What's it worth?

EB got the volume pot designation right in the schematics... ie 25K Log.
It's the Pre-EB schematics that use the "A" designation.
I tell ya...I'll be chewing Dudleys ear at the Open House at SLO![]()

That's what I find confusing. Although the schematic denotes an "A" taper, some pre-amps have log/audio for the vol and others have linear for the vol.
I built up a control plate assembly recently with a 1977 black epoxy pre-amp. I tried the different tapers for the vol pot. To my ear, I detected no difference between them![]()
But anyhow, it looks like I've hyjacked Daves thread. Sorry Dave![]()
