Hi! Have been lurking the forum for a while, but just registered to be able to post.

I own a 20th Anniversary SR5 that I bought used almost two years ago, and the volume pot has been a little scratchy the whole time, but it hasn't been a huge problem for me. But the last couple of weeks the volume has dropped out every now and then (with the knob set to full volume) and I guess it's time to change to a new pot. Anybody know what kind of pot I need to get, and where I can get it? I'm pretty handy with a soldering iron and around electronics, so I don't think it'll be a problem replacing it myself.

Thanks.

Contact customer service. They will either supply the part or tell you where you can get it. Because you're in Sweden, you may need to obtain the part through your local Music Man distributor.

deoxit would ruin the tight feel of the pot.
one of the things i like about stingrays. takes some effort to "knob around" :)
