Just wondering what your guys' favorite settings are and what type of music you are using it for.

Big AL... Mostly using Mid and Bridge (together and seperate) pickups in Passive with tone about 3/4.

25th (5HH)... Bridge, Series, Passive tone at about 9.

These are my two favorites right now for the orignal rock band i am practicing with. JOSH

I really like the neck and bridge together in active mode with mids and bass boostet on the Big Al, beside this middle and bridge in series passive with tone at half or actice with bassboost. Music is punkrock and or rock and pop covers.

For playing alone i love the bridge alone active and passive for stuff with harmonics and the middle to go a little in the P-direction...

Big Al
Finger style: Mostly using Mid and Bridge together in passive mode with tone full open
Plec style: all three Pickups in passive mode with tone 3/4 open

25th (HSS)
Finger style: I prefered (sold him a few weeks ago) the middle Pickup in passive mode with tone about 5/6 open

Active with a slight boost of the hi mids and the other three bands flat. Then I use the parallel / series witch for either a "sweet singing" chord and melody tone ;) or a "knee to the groin" punchy tone .

I find myself using these combinations most often:

- bridge H, parallel, active (classic 'ray tone), slight boost on the treble and bass
- neck H, series, active, eq flat
- neck H, series, passive, tone about 70%
- coils 2 & 3, series, passive, tone open
