Duratek, go for it, this bass will keep you busy, absolute ground breaker, endless tone variation, so you won't have to worry about indulging often, with the HSS you can play any style. Just an insane culmination of EB/MM mojo.
Oh yeah btw I'm 61 next Thursday so let's lighten up on the take it with you stuff, little brother! LOL. Get the 25th you'll be a happy young dude!

2nd oh yeah, with all due respect, you too BP, heck, 54 has a nice ring to it for me!! All the best, Rick

Lane and Big Poppa (love Poppa Chubby), I am in the MM family, should arrive in a few days, I am pysched! Almost forgot I put a post up....oldtimers.....yeah but I bet we don't look our age! How can I complain,I'm in my 2nd band after a little less than 3 years playing. I am awed by the abilities of you guys been playing for years, it's a gift.

I wont go out without a fight, I'm making strides, like ROCK...LOVE Blues...not just the standards...all kinds of good stuff out there. Bernard Allison, Little MIlton...Super CHikan....Matt Schoefield.....I'll come back after I get my hands on it, Just bought a Sans amp too, dialed in some stuff this AM...neat device.
Thanks for chiming in, look forward to more down the road...got lot on plate, plus a financial blog I keep going. take care. (I'll have to go home tonight and tell my son I spent his inheritance! haaa)
