Eh, its okay.

Just kidding. Very nice work Peter. The Bongo sounds incredibly nice, and the playing is great also.

The solo bass in "Out of the Silent" sounds like an Alembic. That's a Bongo? Cool. You really pulled a lot of different sounds out of it. Congrats on a job very well done.

Very Nice!

Good work Pete - I liked them all.

Quite impressed with the range of sounds you've got there! :)

Thanks you guys, yeah, I do have to thank my friend and cohort Jon Tompke for mixing it all. He really took a clever to it and carved it out :D
but yep, all of it is either my SR5 when it had frets or my fretted Bongo 5 goin' into an Avalon U5

thx again for the comments dooods!

Cool sounds Pete -- I like the mix of dark and light sounds you get, and the 3 pieces are all quite different. Good playing too.

This could be a MM advert - - all these sounds courtesy a bongo and and SR5!

Good stuff!

a ha young jedi...

yes, there is one fretless that makes a few appearances on the CD it's a Mollerup fretless 5 http://www3.telus.net/mollerupbass/New/new.html , it's not posted on that page but that's some of his work, he was also my teacher in college. Absolutely the Pattitucci of Vancouver :D
but that bass now resides with a retired teacher/preacher somewhere in New Brunswick. I threw it in on a couple of tracks because at the time I had no fretless MusicMan.
