One fun thing that I will always remember is a quote from Sterling,
"Let us build the guitars"

Now that that is done

If you brought back the Neptune Blue Roasted neck option and wrote 30th anniversary on the head stock with a sharpie, I'd be so happy with that.

With all you got coming out I guess 30 can get passed up.

The new stuff does look cool.

Agree!! My favorite spec ever. I have 5 guitars from the Neptune Blue run, and I would add a couple of Silos to that.

Neptune blue was a great run! It would look great with a laquered neck too imo. Also nickel frets for bass, ss for guitar.

I only have three Morses from the Neptune Blue run (would LOVE to have a Y2D!!!), but...

Nah, cant go back over old stuff for an anniversary guitar. Must be special.

I must agree with the good Dr. on this - Sterling and company wow-ed us with Neptune Blue - and I'm sure there's more magic still left in the hat for something new and exciting. :)

Honestly, the BFR L3 is exactly what I would have wanted for a BFR Silo Spec or a 30th Anniversary Silo... About the only other thing I would want to see for a 30th is an exclusive color and a roasted maple neck with a 30th anni inlay. Simple and elegant... Like that German run of silo specs in buttercream with roasted necks.

I'm (also) a huge fan of the 20th anniversary silo (I think of it as the original BFR). I'd love to see a 30th!

Another fun quote of his was: That Norm kinda bugs me
