Hey!

so, I opened my xmas present....hehehehehehe

the 30th AV SR4

so, here are my few questions.....

the rosewood board-----can I treat it with lemon oil?

would that be reccomended, and the best way to care for the fretboard?

the truss rod wheel, if I move it to the "low strings" or to the left as viewed from the bridge, counter-clockwise........

what does that do?

tighten the truss rod?
give more relief?
which gives more bow?

is that correct?

thanks in advance for the info.....

and Happy Holidays to everyone!

(its looking like a good Holiday over here, with a new 30th SR4 in the stable!)

@fretboard: You can use lemon oil, but it's better to use Ernie Ball Wonder Wipes Fretboard Conditioner. These are small tissues saturated with a mixture of cleaning and conditioning chemicals, also including orange oil.

@trussrod: There are others who can explain that better. I always have to try myself to find out... buit it's easy to use just don't turn more than a quarter at once, then let the neck settle in.
