5 string MM with high C?

Has anyone changed the strings on a MM bass to EADGC without having to replace the nut?

I've had a 5 string with a high C (instead of low B) for years and wondered if it would be possible on a MM bass.

Has anyone changed the strings on a MM bass to EADGC without having to replace the nut?

I've had a 5 string with a high C (instead of low B) for years and wondered if it would be possible on a MM bass.

I did it successfully on my fretted 5 string Bongo in the past, and I'll be putting EADGC on my fretless Bongo this weekend when I get a chance.

I've not had any problems arise.
