5150 strings info

I went to the store today and bought the strings shown below.
Can anyone give me any info about them?
Is there a new collaboration or what?

Given that EB's relationship with EVH was severed in the mid-1990s, I suspect you just purchased some "New Old Stock" strings at are at least 13-14 years old.

I guess never say never, and BP doesn't like to get into the EVH situation, but it is pretty clear that is a relationship that will likely never be repaired. Your store just probably found a box they had forgotten about in their back room and put them out for sale.

They could be collectable..

I've really never seen them. Try doing some research on them, maybe you'll find a more in depth answer.
