Hello,

Are there any 6-string bassplayers on this forum??

If so:

Would you also like to have more versatility within the EB strings catalog??

Things like:

6-string Flatwound
6-string Coated
6-string Stainless (with a .032 high-c instead of the available .028)
6-string Cobalt

Because it's all about buisness it is neccasary that we let EB know that we would like
to have certain product(s): no demand, no product

I am very interested in all of these string sets, do you also?

I am very interested in trying out some Cobalt strings on my Bongo 6! Currently experimenting with some slinks on it...going to be trying different gauges and whatnot. I would just like for there to be a couple more different 6 string sets. I know you can just buy singles, but you know...itd be cool. : )

Well... from all the EB strings i've mentioned are no single high-c's available....

Only the (far too thin) Stainless .028's

I just find it somewhat strange that a company that builds 6-string basses has a very
limited choice of 6-string sets....

But when i look at my other favoured brand Rotosound: they've got about everything for
6-string bass!!

And that's just a small buisness (comparing to EB), very strange....

I found this out too when I got my Bongo 6 and decided to put flats on it. I ended up with Rotosounds as well. I figured that the market was so small for 6 string fret less players that they just didn't make em. I don't blame em, they make so many great string sets for all my other stuff. I was upset when I found out they no longer make the not even slinky 7 string sets though. But those two niche markets items aside, I love EB strings for their quality and price.

I use dr hi beams for my 6er. I like the bright fresh stainless sound... Im going to try the slinkys and see if they last longer. I change strings once a month and drs are so expensive. I would really love to get my hands on some cobalt but as mentioned no 6er packs yet...
