94 EB/MM axis need help quickly please

Hi all, i am nearly about to buy this guitar but one thing is troubling me.
ive seen pics of this guitar and the toggle is under the neck pickup.
On this one im tempted to buy, The 3way switch is directly under the volume
Im Wonder have any of you got one that has 3way under volume?

If you're seeing the toggle under the neck pickup, then you are either looking at an actual EVH model or an Axis EX. The toggle motion goes up and down.

On a regular Axis, the 3 way is under the volume knob; the toggle motion goes left and right.
