Hi guys, I'm new, but i have a few questions about EBMM guitars. I ordered my Silhouette Special wayyyy back in December, and it shipped from the factory today, but I totally forgot if I specified to get a case or not. Do cases come standard? Also, do any places sell pickguards for these guitars or would I have to cut my own/have a custom one cut?
Thanks

Welcome, Southpaw, and congrats on your new Silo Special.

We Silo owners don't get any special pins, hats, t-shirts or secret handshakes, like the AL guys here have. We do enjoy playing one fine guitar, though.

I replaced a factory pickguard on a Silo not long ago.

PS: There's a saying here - it doesn't exist without pictures. So, when you get it be sure to show it off here!

As a non AL owner I can't divulge the secrets of the "funny handshake" but I can say "Welcome to the Forum" - look forward to seeing pics of your Silo.

IT CAME!
I got a call at 9 am that woke me up telling me my guitar had arrived. After work, I rushed over to Chuck Levin's Washington Music Center to get it. I am floored. This is one of the sexiest guitars I have ever seen, and it plays amazing aswell! pics:

very sexy guitar indeed. infact it is so stunning it's tempting me not to stay monogamous with my Silo...I think I have to steal yours.

Really you do not see that much red in a and variation in other 3 tone sunbursts..thats awsome!
