A few left handed silhouette special questions from a newbie

I have found a used silhouette special that I am thinking about, I have played one in the past and I really liked it. The thing is I am not too found of the pickguard color. I was wondering how hard it is to find replacements for the pickguard and also is it very difficult to replace the pickups if I wanted to in the future or is it fairly similar to a normal guitar wirering wise.

Hi, Left handed pickguards are avalible I belive.Regarding the pick ups if you've changed them before it's not that different to any other guitar really.I have emg's in mine.

Replacement pickguards are readily available through dealers, distributors and our factory (depending upon where you are located). We can also provide wiring diagrams upon request.
