Off Topic A few new DT Cover rehearsal videos (with my new HD cam).

My keyboardless "DT Cover" band scheduled a last minute rehearsal on the 21st just for fun.

We've rehearsed maybe 4 times in a period of an year... not a very serious gigging band as one might've guessed...

Anyway... I invited my good friend Alex who is the singer in my other band to go along with us and attempt to sing a couple of songs...

He printed out the lyrics and listened to 2 or 3 songs the night before to learn what he could of the melodies...

If that wasn't enough... the PA in the rehearsal room was a joke... I could barely hear what he was singing over our amps and the drums.

It's audible in the videos though since the speaker was just a few inches away from where the camera was set.

These were recorded with my recently acquired HD cam... Pretty awesome that youtube offers an HD option now... My days of laggy lowres vids are over...

Awesome videos man, I enjoyed them a lot. I have some questions for you

Are you using a Boss GT with a Mark IV?
If you are, Are you only using it's effects or emulation?

Nope, that isn't a Boss.

I'm using a TC Electronic G-Force for FX and a Behringer FCB1010 for Midi foot controlling.

I really like your setup. I have seen your youtube videos and love your tone and playing.

I want a Mark IV but I think I will get a Triaxis.

Sold it. I liked, didn't love it. Not my kind of amp. I was going to buy my exact Mark IV back when I decided to take a shot in the dark and put my money down on a Mark V head. I'm just a Mark series guy. It is the perfect voice and feel for me. So it is good to be back in the club. The wait for the Mark V will be the hardest part!

Awesome. I wouldn't be too worried about taking a shot in the dark... I'm pretty confident the MARK V will please anyone who loves the IV.

If I had the spare cash I would've placed an order aswell... I'd love demo one but it might be awhile til I do so...

I'm uploading some more videos... We had a rehearsal yesterday with a keyboardist for the first time. It was alot of fun and very promising...

Mistakes here and there from everyone, but it was enough to feel the potential. We chose 5 more songs for our next band practice and plan to gig real soon.
