pretty cool lesson! i move around on my pentatonics a lot, but that's a good little run. thanks for the video!

now can you do an instructional video on "tristan speed" around the fretboard?

That's a great way to show people how to get some more movement out of the pentatonic. I use that one as well and also show students how to do it off of the major root alternating 3 notes on the E string, 2 notes on the A string, 3 notes on the D string etc. I love concepts like that which can be incorporated quickly to spice up your playing! :)

Thanks for the tip, Tristan. It's very similar to a Petrucci lesson that I saw just recently. I never thought I could apply it to pentatonics until I saw your lesson.
