I was glancing through Harmony-Central and I looked at some JP reviews. I found this one guy who completely flamed the guitar and EB. Don't read this if you're in a bad mood but if you're prepared to take this as you should, as the humorous and ignorant rantings of someone to stupid to own a quality guitar, then here it is:
Idiot Review. It's the review on top by "Steven".
My favorite parts are where he says that the JP sounds "flat" (chuckle chuckle :D:D)
and his complaints about, of all things, the most divine Customer Service department the world has ever created :D.
It's great because he says the guitar came set up perfectly (which is undoubtedly true) but then says the piezo was "broken" after a friend told him he needed a "special cable".
If this guy had given any contact info I'd probably buy the guitar from him, he doesn't deserve it .
For the record my piezo pickup is also not fully functional but I've talked about that on this forum and with CS (who were friendly fast and useful) and look forward to sending it in this summer because I trust CS with my life!!

you know it is really funny but sad that two guys can end up giving us a 8.0 customer service rating. Does anyone here believe that we sent a guitar out with a bent bridge and bs?

Here's another!
In this review "warren" gives CS an 8.0 because they won't let him buy a guitar directly from the factory with a price reduction because he's "done a lot of work in helping promote them".
At least this guy recognizes how awesome the AL is.

You're actually talking about a review by a guy named Steven if I'm not mistaking.

Although Dan in his review said he had problems with piezo too

"...my real issue is the customer supports."

So you see, it's not CS he has a problem with, it's those odd contraptions that hold us up.

Mine have stickers all over them.

I love the guy who gave us a '6' in Action/Playability because there were no instructions on how to use the guitar in the case. :D :D :D

Give an idiot a microphone, you're gonna hear idiocies...

I bet he is about 16, there are loads of reviews on there by people saying rediculous stuff, one of my favourites said that one of the new Vintage Marshall amps wasn't as flexable as his 3 channel Boogie and didnt sound metal enough:confused:
maybe they didnt get the hint in the name.

the other guy Warren, seems to be from England, doesn't seem to speak english however! I know education is going down hill but hm...........

+1, I heard a good one the other day along these lines:

"Yet another beautiful aspect of the First Amendment is that it helps you spot the idiots." ;)

hehehe, or maybe he gave us such a low score on "Action/Playability" because when he opened the case, the guitar didn't spring into *action* and start playing itself! :D :D :D

Hmm, the way I see it, the only thing to do is to write a review of my own. All 10s. With perfect grammar. The fact that he made so many mistakes instantly negates any fragment of credibility, (if any:p), he had.

What a Tool. :(

Probably gave it a low score because he is one of those people that think to play like someone they need the gear and it didnt start ripping out Glasgow Kiss the instant he picked it up.
