So my band OverDrive just finished up last night recording at Charleston Sound. We did a 10 song album, and needless to say we are extremely proud of the work we did. Our recording engineer loved it, and said every song is awesome. We start mixing today, so hopefully I'll have something good for yall to listen to very soon!!! I recorded the entire album on my Stingray, and our guitarist used His JP6 for 99% of the album, and they sounded killer. Here's a few pics of the studio and a little youtube clip of our guitarist laying down backing tracks to give you an idea of what it's gonna sound like!

That means that 1% of the album is gonna suck! LOL

He used that gold top LTD just to do "noise" tracks and Feed back tracks lol. The producer wanted a bunch of noise tracks to add in somewhere or another. That's the 1%.

Sounds absolutely great, love your guitarist's moves!

I just finished recording on our EP which I would love to show you all when it's done, however it is nowhere near as exciting as this...it consists entirely of original children's songs...

Here's a couple of more videos we took, the first is me laying down a quick bass run in an acoustic part, the others are various vocal and guitar sessions.

Bloodfist, this sounds SO epic. Especially 'Breaking the Vibe' - feckin' brilliant!

it is going to be EPIC lol. Breaking the Vibe is an awesome song, and I really dig how it turned out. There's a couple of personal favorites that are extremely powerful with a very strong meaning to them, those are the ones I'm anxious to hear back!
