My complaint- customer service treats us waaaay too good!

My EB VPJr. broke the other day (the string broke somehow... it's still a mystery how), so I contacted CS the next day. Turns out it was still under warranty, so I got a replacement part. I got here today, and all is well with the universe, and more specifically, my volume pedal. Props to Lilly in CS for being so cool and taking care of me so quickly. BP, you got a crack staff working for you, and I for one greatly appreciate it! Thank you!

Within a day or two of my bass' arrival, I called CS, to say thank you.

The lady that answered the phone sounded pleasantly surprised, and transferred me to artist relations, where I also thanked them for a wonderful instrument.

I left them a little confused, I think.
I love EB.

I called them once cause I coudn't decide if I wanted a cheese or pepperoni pizza...thanks for sorting me out...lol. (really....don't call them about that...)

CS is aweseom as always. :cool:
