Pete is correct. There is an error on their list price. We are working to get it corrected now.

I have both and the HH gets more playing time. That said, I favor the neck on my SSH... May have to fix that ;)

I am really digging the new "blue" finish on the Luke 3.

Loving the black nut , only a small change but i think it does make a difference.

Someone posted somewhere that these new (2013) Luke III's have similar neck profiles as the Silhouette - anyone know if that is true? If so this one is a buy.

I dont understand these luke III's over here in the uk all it gives us is the black or olive gold colour options :(
I emailed a EBMM shop and they said they cant get any other colour yet but when you go on ebay you see them in different colours one being vintage sunburst but in USA. I emailed them and there reply was they're not allowed to sell it overseas by EBMM.... Wish I lived in america!!
Id love a luke III HH in vintage sunburst and why not bring the piezo option back? If I could get that exact guitar id one happy guy ;)

I'm pretty sure that the vintage burst Luke IIIs were a Guitar Center only thing; they weren't available anywhere else (just the olive gold and the black). The only other burst I've ever seen was the PDN version. I'm kind of sad to see the olive gold go; there are times I wish I had kept my olive gold Silo Special.

I suspect we won't see the bodhi blue ones in stores for a few months yet.

Just did a quick research on the new color's name: Bodhi Blue

According to Wikipedia the term "bodhi" in Buddhism is the understanding possessed by a Buddha regarding the nature of things. It is traditionally translated into English with the word enlightenment and literally means awakened.

Bodhi is the name of Luke's youngest son too.
Back to topic, all we need is Trev Blue to have full family line ;)

My 2012 L3 HH neck profile is certainly closer to my Silo Special than it is to my Luke 2

Bohdi was also a character in Break point played by Patrick Swayze.
I had wondered where Luke got the idea for Bodhi.
I just bought a Liii HH in Bodhi blue. Get it Saturday.

It's Lukes youngest sons name if memory serves me right.
