I've got a buddy who is coming into some inheritance money soon (in the next few weeks). He has just retaken up bass and is using an old Peavey RSB bass of mine to regain and expand his chops. He says he can allot about $500 for a bass. Since my G.A.S. tendencies always lead me into better gear, I recommended that he push that a bit and get a good used Sting Ray 4 or 5. Then he will have a bass that he will be able to keep for the rest of his life instead of buying something for $500 and GASsing for a Ray later anyway.

I told him around $750 - $850 will put him in the game. Any ones currently (or soon) available from my good pals on the forum? Post pics and prices if possible.

The original hardshell case will be included. The bass is in great shape, sounds great and its a heck of a player.

Cool. I've already printed pics for my bud. (Let's just call him "Brian Wilson", since that's his real name :p )

Hey, what is the serial number on that Sterling? I'm curious because you don't see too many white sparkle Sterlings and I used to have one........

ebmuscmanlvr83, if that falls through, I will certainly take it off your hands. Shoot me an e-mail, [email protected]
Don't wait for me. If you can sell it by all means go ahead. I'm just doing some prelim work and if someone can be playing that sparkly white baby it should be played ASAP.
