Not to single anyone out, but let me just say that Dan McPherson is incredible (as is the rest of the staff). Over the past week or so, Dan has... located dealers with Bongo4H is stock for me, answered my neck inlay question, sent me scans of the HD-500 manual, and andswered my questions about it. While I realize that that is his job (or maybe it isn't... I don't know:rolleyes: ), answers, scans, replys have been VERY prompt (in some cases under an hour). Just for comparison, I asked another manufacture about amp stock info. It took them 4 days to get back to me and then it was, "We can't help you," not even a "sorry." By comparrison your staff rocks!

Props to you, Dan, and the entire staff!

Dan McPherson is one hell of a guy.

Also, he's going to steal one of Dargin's basses for me.

(I offered him four dollars CASH for the blue dawn Bongo. Dan said, "In American money?")

Dan wears many hats, but reportedly only owns one pair of underwear.

Customer service is excellent.

Dan and everyone I've come in contact with at EB have been very helpful

ya. ive known how great CS is for a while and always hold them in high regard. however i was blown away when i called a couple months ago and they rep knew what basses i owned right after i told em "this is arin... aka phatty". that kinda floored me.

Hehe EB assembly is so good I have never had to call customer service. If I do I reckon I am asking for Dan or Beth or Jon or just anyone that answers the phone there.

i'm fixing to buy my first bass from EB and something strikes me:

it almost sounds like when you buy an EB the company adopts you into the family or something.

not that that's a bad thing!

Wow, I was acctually just about to start a thread about how helpful Dan, as well as the rest of the EBMM staff is. Dan saw my signature note about sparkles and tracked down a dealer that has a few in stock. BP, you definately have the best customer service department in the business.
