Well, I only had to call ernie ball company twice for as long as I had my 2 jp6 guitars. This time I had 2 back plates signed by Petrucci and instead of letting the signature rub off, I wanted to order 2 more back plates.

Called EB company and the guy is just the nicest customer representative I have dealt with any company. Make us feel like we are the stars calling from the gig and they take care of business in a very personal and professional manner.

If I have anything to say about this company, BP must have done something very right. I know my next guitar will be no other than a MM.

I just received my BFR Emerald Burst Ass. It came with no BFR certificate. One email to Aziah, and 3 days later, the certificate arrived in the mail. They are the best in the business, hands down.
