a good buddy of mine got his first stingray 4 string about 2 months ago. i told him id post a message about this on here to find out from you guys. he's been having a problem with his pickup height though. his d and g string were touching the coils at one point, so of course the pickup was lowered a little bit taking care of it. but, it keeps raising back up. we simply tightened the screws (clockwise) to lower it and within a practice or 2 with his band its back up again. we are both new to ernie ball basses ( mine is on currently on order ). for the records, his neck relief is perfect, a little bow to it. and his action isnt to low or to high, about medium. if im unaware of a certain procedure to keeping the pickup in place, someone please let me know.. in the meantime, im dying to get my sr..... thanks
