I have a pack of Ernie Ball Skinny Top Heavy bottom. It says Custom Gauge 2215. Does any one know if I can use these strings in my acoustic guitar? (Electric acoustic Taylor)

There is no reason why not, certainly won't do any damage. How good it sounds is up to you to decide. Most acoustic guitars use either 80/20 bronze or Phosphor bronze for the wound strings because they tend to sound best for acoustic instruments. Try it and see. You have nothing to lose except a a little time and the price of a pack of strings!

All the Slinky packs say Custom Gauge (referring to EB's first slinky gauges ever made). The 2215 would be a good fit on an acoustic guitar. Like DrKev said, how good it sounds is up to you to decide but its probably not the way to go every time.
