Hey all. As you can tell I'm new to the forums and pretty much to the EB scene:eek: .

Anyway, I want to buy a 7 string and I've come to like the JP7's quite a bit. They look so cool and fun to play, and JP is my favourite musician so :) .

The problem is my local dealers ONLY stock Fender and Ashton guitars so the chances of me finding a JP7 in there is ridiculously low, so without being able to try the guitar of my choice, I am not sure how to go about choosing what I want.

Right now I feel most inclined to get a JP7 w/ a mystic dream finish and other extra features.

Also, what is the JPM that has the thinner bottom horn and reduced scoop?

The thinner horn/scoop is the JP F-1 series part of the BFR line. It is a new guitar out for this year.

Your best bet on finding/ordering your JP guitar is to give Pete DuBaldo a call. He is a authorized EBMM dealer and can order you anything your heart may desire.

Here is his website.
