could someone age my bass, I would think it's '90-91 or so. I bought it (or shall I say rescued it from some rich 16 year olds that beat the front of it with a big ring or maybe a hammer...no ti's really not that bad, the dings only go in about 1/16", and you got to give it to ernie...no paint left the area...anyway I digress.)
The serial number is: 35863.
4string 3 band eq black on black (now with torti replacement tho I have original.)

For what's its worth, plays like a dream, was my backup bass, behind my 1987 G & L SB-1 with EMGs. So played very little. The kids that bought the bass, never really played it, and it has virtually no fret-wear. For the past 6 years it has been unplayed until recently when I fired it up and was sort of impressed.

So should I sell? do others think old G&L's are as good as I think mine is? Should I keep the MM and sell the G and L? Should I ask Tanya Harding out on a date?

Thanks, Like your forum....

Hey Rod!

I got those serial numbers you wanted for my basses:

StingRay: B021384
Cutlass: B022461

I posted a new thread too, with the same info, but wasn't sure how often you log in. This way at least I know you'll get an email....

Cheers,
Matski
