Bob from uk here. Hope someone can help. Have just purchased a new musicman five from a dealer in uk. The serial number is E45864. Is this dated 2005?

There is a sticky thread above to check serial dates, hope this helps!

Depending on the year, it MIGHT be ceramic pup loaded, but it might be alnico (eg traditional Ray 4) loaded. This will also make a difference to the control switch.
