I played a GC limited run all rosewood neck, Walnut, HH AL with push/pull a few months ago. I had a great opportunity for a steal of a deal. I missed out. I haven't stopped thinking about it since.........

This model was my first Al & ebmm, and after many more additions, it's still my favorite. The coil splits really make it outstanding. .

I honestly think the AL HH is one of the best guitars ever made. That's why I have three of them! Having said that I need to sell a couple due to 'unforeseen circumstances' but I'd never let go of my no.1.

Truth be told, I bought one. It was just a beauty that stood out to me. I think it was called ElDorado Gold and had a pearloid guard. HH with rosewood neck and IT WAS KILLER. I just couldn't get along with the body shape. I returned it to the store I bought it from. I am still wondering what to do about it. Maybe I just buy it again and only play it in the dark? Ha ha. It was so lightweight and that neck..... That neck..... phew.

I was actually hoping that the Armada might be the MM I could settle down with but I was able to play them at the Philly Guitar Show recently and I realized that the necks are way too chunky for my tastes.

I'd love to get my hands on a silhouette with a roasted maple neck.

I agree. These are nice. I've never owned one, but I demo'd an HH last year either in sky blue or blue pearl, all rosewood. It blew my socks off, totally in love with it. Hope you get your refill of the AL soon. One day I will be a member of the AL legion secret society..
