Air Norton or Duncan '59 for neck position pickup?

Wondering which of these would be a better choice for a clear, warm-yet-full neck pickup for more bluesy-type rock music? Everything from clean to medium gain, to full on high-gain stuff.

I like the Air Norton. I don't have experience with the Duncan but assume it has a lot less output than the Norton.

The Norton is a good sounding neck pickup. It's got an open bell like quality but still has the warm meat of a decent neck humbucker. I would hold up the opening riff of Sweet Child O Mine as an example of the kind of tone you can get with the Norton. (I don't know what p/u Slash used for that though)

It isn't thick and muddy like a lot of neck buckers are yet has good warmth and clarity.

I don't think it would be a mistake.

Slash used an Alnico Pro II in his 'Gibson' Les Paul. Air Norton is an awesome pickup though!
