Hi all...
Back on May 3 I hosted an Amp Clinic at Music Centre Canada in Airdrie Alberta. Much discussion was had about the history and current state of guitar amplification. I had my Randall Lynch box full stack on hand for some fun.
Randall was a sponsor ( to some degree ) however when i wrote Brain Ball about the event Brian recognized the opportunity to show case some fine guitars.
I myself own a Music man Silhouette Special MIAC 26 0f 30... a real beauty... tonally the finest sigle coil guitar I've owned... from a playability standpoint... it is the strat killer... the neck joint is stellar and the neck profile equally as impressive.
It's been quite some time since the Amp Clinic and I must explain that i was hoping to have video footage made available to me from the clinic however MCC is dragging their heels to the point of it being imbarrassing... no need to take it any further than that.
The purpose of this thread is to extend a huge personal thank you to Ernie Ball Music Man for their exceptional support . Brian replied to my email within 24 hours and eventhough he was heading out for a well deserved holiday he mde sure an incredible swag package made it in time for the clinic. many happy faces were seen that night with EBMM prizes in hand... so to that i say thank you very very much EBMM and Brian Ball... I truely appreciate your support and dedication to your customers and fans... and oh yeah... for making some of the most stellar instruments on the globe...
