AJ in EBMM Customer Service

After hardly ever calling CS at EBMM, I have checked in twice this week, once in search of some parts and another time with a pickup question. Both times I got ahold of AJ and he definitely kept the EBMM tradition of fine customer service alive. He was friendly and really helpful in both cases.

Thanks again to BP and the gang for keeping such high quality people around to make sure your customers are taken care of.

AJ is awesome. I sent an email to CS one day looking for some EBMM propaganda and product catalogs. AJ replied to my email in under 2 minutes. I was amazed and just his response has shown me how awesome the CS Department at Ernie Ball is.

To make it better, he mailed me everything I asked for and I got it within 3 days! That boy moved quick! I've received materials from other companies after having to wait longer.

Thanks to AJ and everybody! You all do an amazing job, and I'm really looking forward to my future purchases!
