I found an ebmm AL for a great price but it is sight unseen. I called on it and the person first said it was blue then said it was a "redish purple but has a lot of blue to it." Any idea what color this is? Have any pics?

It is a solid finish.

If it's blue sounds like Pearl Blue or Blue Pearl (different colour)

it sounds like a custom finish though.

foggy - wasn't there a carbon blue pearl - this color he's describing sounds alot like the paint on my blue Sub1 (only with a smooth buffed finish of course)

ZOMBI if it's a good price just buy it. What diff does the color make if the price is right?

Curiousity's sake I guess... I have another EBMM on the way, so I'm somewhat interested in this guitar, but at the same time, I don't NEED it per se. To summarize, price is good, just unsure if it's a necessary purchase at this stage in the game. But thanks guys!

Yes but that would have just been described as dark blue I'd think.

Maybe. Anyone have pics of a pearl red AL? Or a pearl red anything? Didn't see it on the ebmm bass colours guide on the bass side of the forum...
