In fact I am negotating with someone who has a vintage sunburst/tortoise shell pickguard/tremolo model.

I don't know if it is ethical to talk prices in this forum and if not could you email me through my profile with a ballpark figure for what you have seen this guitar sell for on the used market in near mint condition?
