I know this is an ernieball website, but every bass must have an amp, and we do discuss amps here. Why not have a Amplifier F/S thread or a whole section for sales? We are a group of "knuckleheads" and often offer each other discounted prices on basses, so why not keep it in the family and trade/sell amps too?

BTW, phatduckk your new link in your signature doesn't work, well the website doesn't work, do you still have the old search engine that was in your sig?

Based on past posts on this board, I'm afraid it would be limited to MarkBass only. Talkbass.com has plenty of amps for sale.

Spence....

To directly answer the question of "why not?" consider...

...who's paying for the bandwidth you're using by being here?

This forum is a great gift to all of us, and thanks to the weird, wacky dynamic and cast of characters we've got, the world is a very slightly better place.

We owe it to BP to use it properly, and that means it's all about EBMM, first and foremost.

I would not allow mark bass amps to be sold here...We love talking about amps in combination with MM...search Ampeg and GK and see how many threads there are.

Yes I personally love Mark bass...I have tremendous respect for Marco...people with talent and perserverance that can start and build a company in this day and age are few and far between and deserve my support....especially a young man from italy that beats his head into the wall trying to get it going and is succeeding...

Look at the musicians friend harmony central interview I did with a young guitar builder
named guilford....They weren't going to interview him and I said I would only do one if they let me interview this guy. It was his first show and he needed the help.

If the above wasnt true I guess I get a little license if I feel that I want to spend my time and bandwidth helping someone make his "Mark" I also think that I may have helped some bassists find an amp they may not have known about
