Off Topic Amp Headphones - Suggestions?

So with my found influx of playing (Thanks to the JP) I've been getting noise complaints from my fellow apartment neighbors.

Luckily my little practice amp has a headphone jack. I think it's a 1/4inch, not sure.

Does anyone have any recommendations, I figure just finding a good set of ear muff headphones would do, but I kinda figured that theres more to it.

Depends on your price range...

I use Sennheiser HD280s for just about everything, but you'll spend a Benjamin on a new pair. Been using the same pair for like 4 years and no problems yet.

+1 for the 280's. I like them very much. I like the closed back design.

Ooh, didn't know all you guys had 280s as well! I picked up a set last summer after demo-ing every pair Bay Bloor Radio in Toronto had, and ended up with them over the 270$ HD550's. Great headphones! But it looks like you got it sorted out!

Me too. Use em with my PODxt and they sound great.

+1 on the Sony's. I've had a set of those for a couple of years, and they work great.

+1 Sennheiser. Wish I still had a set now - my son seems to have walked off with them for his Technics Decks
