Luke Black. Serial G38610. I had every intention of buying a Rosewood Axis Super Sport today, but it just wasn't for me. I also tried what I believe was a Honeyburst ASS but still just wasn't the one. I like the feel of my Sub better than the ASS.

This poor Luke was hanging there with a string hanging off and a two good size dings on the front of the headstock. Hopefully the one by the nut will not effect anything.

Anyways it didn't take long with the Luke to know that it was "the one". OMG! Amazing! The neck is just unbelieveable. Too bad about the dings, but it did save me some dough. My camera skills are not that great.

Best neck, when I was visiting the company in 1994 I asked for a special red EVH with a Luke neck. Well you know the answer.
The body I was looking at was one for the artist (non trem) plus they told me if I want that combination I have to buy the two guitars.
Well here I am still waiting for THE Luke for me.

black is great for this guitar and don´t worry about the nut ding leave it or you can carefully fill it up and sand it (superglue is the easiest)

Awesome, congrats! I just got a black Silo Special, and the reason I chose black was a black Luke I saw in the store. With those body contours, and no pickguard, and the EMGs, black Lukes are the coolest.
