Hi,

Do the Axis super sport and sport guitars have a slight angle on the neck as does the Floyd Axis? or are they completely straight?

cheers!

They all have a slight curve this is what I belive and can see. If the neck has to much of a curve then it messes with the intonation,if to striaght it does the same thing. Then you got to striaghten the truss rods....

No im talkin about the angle that the neck has like a LesPaul, but of course less. This is the angle that the Axis with Floyd has. Im not talking about relief if that is what you are implying.

Just wondering if because the ASS and Sport dont have a Floyd if they have an angle as well.

cheers

Hey Tone,

If you are referring to the angle in the neck pocket that the Axis models have, the Super Sports don't have it. The necks sit level in the neck pocket.

My EVH came from the factory with a thin neck shim. That being said, it's a straight neck angle. The shim isn't noticeable when I play it.

I'm assuming the Axis are set up the same way.
